The Mount Athos Center is housed at the historic structure on 109 Egnatia Street, known as the Nedelkos Mansion, a work of the noted architect Xenophon Paionidi (1909), which was granted to the city of Thessaloniki.

In this building the present functions and services of the Mount Athos Center are currently housed: the bookstore, the archives and its book stock, as well as the two services of Mount Athos; the pilgrim’s office and the “Epitropiko” (meeting room for the Representatives) of Mount Athos.

On the first floor of the building is the exhibition hall, a fully equipped and ‘state of the art’ space that can host every type of painting events.
